New podcast! Amia Freeman, Inneractivefit

I’m so excited for you to meet Amia Freeman! She is the founder of inneractivefitclub.net and @inneractivefit on Instagram. She is awesome!!  (That is a lot of exclamation points so you know I am really excited!!)

Amia Freeman is a leading expert in group fitness, personal fitness and spiritual growth. She has been taking the fitness world by storm for over 10 years. Amia is inspired to promote and practice diverse health and fitness programs to keep clients motivated, minimize plateaus, and to increase spiritual, physical, and mental strength.

inneractive FITCLUB was birthed from Amia’s passion for bringing women together and developing support systems, resources and a sense of community. Her passion is contagious and clear in her client interactions, group exercise programs, personal training, and nutrition counseling.

Awesome, right?

On the Great Big YES! podcast, I like to get behind all of the “what do you do” questions and find out more about “who you are”.  I’m especially excited that in this conversation, you get to hear her heart. I love that she courageously shares her faith journey and talks about her childhood and how her faith has formed over the years.  We talk about family and church and our kids and red birds and so much more!

Amia is authentic and honest and inspiring. She speaks truth with humor and grace. Listen in and then head over to her website and give her a follow on Instagram! She will be your new best friend!

NEW PODCAST! Kara Osborne, Wellness Witness

Woo-hoo!! We have a new podcast!! Gosh, I’ve really missed this.

Y’all know how much I love combining faith with fitness, right? And how much I love a program for weight loss or cooking light or moving your asana….you get the point.  I’m all about the new book, the fresh plan, the new year’s promise.  But then I find myself on this crazy train of up and down, lose and gain, just right, not enough, too much.  Maybe you have been there? Well our first guest addresses this and tells us how she came to the point where she said ENOUGH to all of that and now lives in freedom and wellness. I love her voice of encouragement!

I am so excited to introduce you to Kara Osborne, the founder of Wellness Witness.  Kara is a wife, mother, fitness instructor, counselor, cancer survivor, coach and prayer warrior.  She truly is a “Body on Mission”!

I met Kara at a retreat.  She was there with Revelation Wellness and I was there with Holy Yoga and we had the chance to pray together.  It was such a beautiful exchange.  Since then I have been following her on social media and loving all the stuff she puts out there.  She is gifted for sure.  I love her heart to encourage others and her enthusiasm and love for the Lord.  I also love her southern accent and authenticity. What a delight!

A Great Big THANKS goes out to Kara for REVving us up again for this new string of podcasts! (See what I did there?) #grateful

Her website is www.wellnesswitness.com.  Check it out!

You can also find her on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/wellnesswitness/

Talking with Alisa Keeton – founder of Revelation Wellness

I’m excited to share my conversation with Alisa Keeton here on the podcast!  She is an amazing leader, filled with energy and on fire for the Lord! She is the founder of Revelation Wellness which you can find at www.revelationwellness.org where they train up disciples to share the Word of God through fitness. She also has a podcast on iTunes called “Reving the Word”. She is writing a book! AND leading “Clean Hearting Challenge” which is a 30 day FAITH then food and fitness challenge!

I met Alisa through my Holy Yoga training.  Revelation Wellness and Holy Yoga have held joint retreats for the past few years in Arizona.  Alisa was actually the person who “evaluated” my first Holy Yoga teaching experience when I was on retreat. From day one, she has been dropping Bible bombs and teaching and preaching to me, around me and to others that I love.  She is a blessing!

In our conversation, we talked about when she first heard God’s calling.  We discussed what she does if she feels doubt or sadness creeping in. We talked about grace and Jesus and fear and “Gospel goggles”.  She inspires and encourages.  You don’t want to miss this!
