I love this podcast because this idea is so amazing and Carrissa has brought it to life!! I’m speaking with Carrissa Bradford, the founder of the Adamo Group. We recorded in the trailer that is the Adamo Nail Bar. Carrissa tells the story of the trailer’s restoration which is so fun to see! I’ve posted pictures below. She is going to be training survivors of sex trafficking in the trade of manicuring and then helping them find jobs! This is such an important part of the healing and restoration story of the survivors. Listen in to hear the vision God has given to Carrissa! I love this woman’s faith! You will be inspired!

I’m excited to share my conversation with Alisa Keeton here on the podcast! She is an amazing leader, filled with energy and on fire for the Lord! She is the founder of Revelation Wellness which you can find at www.revelationwellness.org where they train up disciples to share the Word of God through fitness. She also has a podcast on iTunes called “Reving the Word”. She is writing a book! AND leading “Clean Hearting Challenge” which is a 30 day FAITH then food and fitness challenge!
I met Alisa through my Holy Yoga training. Revelation Wellness and Holy Yoga have held joint retreats for the past few years in Arizona. Alisa was actually the person who “evaluated” my first Holy Yoga teaching experience when I was on retreat. From day one, she has been dropping Bible bombs and teaching and preaching to me, around me and to others that I love. She is a blessing!
In our conversation, we talked about when she first heard God’s calling. We discussed what she does if she feels doubt or sadness creeping in. We talked about grace and Jesus and fear and “Gospel goggles”. She inspires and encourages. You don’t want to miss this!

I’m grateful for WMBI. I love to listen to it in the car.
I learn so much stuff. I love the topics and the hosts of the shows and the people who call in. I love the way it’s not super noisy or confusing or loaded with gimmicks. It’s just nice talk radio. It’s comforting.
I also like stations that play loud, rocking music and sometimes I turn up the radio and roll down the windows and sing at the top of my lungs. I also like listening to The Showbiz Shelly smack down every morning on the JShow on B96 at 7:15. I know a lot of useless celebrity and pop culture trivia so I’m pretty sure I could smack down Showbiz Shelly but I haven’t called in yet. My daughter and I listen every morning on the way to school.
I like not feeling alone in the car even when you are alone in the car. I like singing along to songs even when my kids tell me I’m embarrassing and I need to stop. singing. now.
I’m grateful for radio. All of it. For all the ways it entertains and inspires me.
