I’m a Christian Life Coach for women, a writer and a public speaker. I published my first book in September 2023, “Great Big YES!: Stories of God’s Grace.”

I am passionate about helping women like you create a life you love. I will encourage you to live with intention and embrace the beautiful story God is writing with your life. We will use the practice of journaling to help you recognize that God has been with you throughout every season of your life so you can learn to trust Him for the future.

I love helping all women, at any stage of life, embrace their God given gifts and wake up every day with joyful expectation! I am passionate about helping you discover divine threads in your story, embrace holy moments in your every day life, and face the future with renewed excitement!

I use a faith based approach, using prayer and scripture to facilitate a deeper connection with God. My coaching is rooted in the foundation that you are already worthy, a beloved daughter of the creator, designed with a plan and purpose and made to live an abundant life.

I Get It!
As a woman, wife (30 years!), and mother (of two adult daughters and an adult son) who has navigated major life and career transitions, I know how it feels to be scared, excited, alone, optimistic, resentful, and determined – all at the same time! I’ve overcome personal strongholds that hindered the life I longed for, and I’ve learned what it means to pursue wholeness and balance in every season, regardless of the climate or terrain. I want to help others experience this, too.

I’ve Been Doing It For Years
I’ve spent the last 15 years empowering and inspiring women to say, “Yes!” to their purpose and appreciate their unique gifts and talents. By helping women to embrace their life stories and experiences, and encouraging them to overcome fears and take thoughts captive, I have helped many women find renewal on their faith journey and gain a fresh perspective on the future and their unique place in it.
