It’s not easy to find time to concentrate on yourself and to think about what you really want. Often, when we need to talk, we might try to share with a friend or spouse or family member but they have their own challenges and opinions and maybe we don’t feel heard. Time with a life coach is time FOR YOU to process where you are and where you want to be. Together with your coach (me!), you will come up with a plan to move forward!

Below are the Coaching packages I offer.
YES! – Beginning package of three 60 minute sessions. This includes a 20 minute discovery phone call and follow up emails. I will also be available by text in between sessions. $450
Big YES! – Includes six 60 minute sessions. Includes a 20 minute discovery phone call and follow up emails. I will also be available by text in between sessions. $700
Great Big YES! – Includes 9 sessions. Includes a 20 minute discovery phone call and follow up emails. I will also be available by text in between sessions. $900
Some of you have asked if I am available for ONE session. The answer is no. 🙂 I want to work with you but I have to be honest, one session is not enough for you to make progress. The beginning package I offer is three sessions (the “YES” package).
