She shares her wisdom, some helpful tips we can do today in our homes, and leads us through a breath exercise that I know will help parents and kids! Especially during these stressful times we are in! Anxiety in kids is up and we all need ways to help our kids (and ourselves) find healthy ways to cope.

She is Certified Children’s Yoga Teacher (CCYT), RYT-200, Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Certified Trauma Informed Teacher, Special Needs Certified, and Aerial Yoga Certified.
