It’s really unbelievable but it seems like taking a deep breath has become a radical act.

Get up. Get outside. Breathe. Ground down into the earth and remember that you ARE ALIVE. Breathing is everything. It’s the first thing. It’s the difference between life and death. It’s our connection to God.
