New Podcast with Kirstin Sandreuter – Sports, Nutrition, Eating Disorders and God

I’m excited to share this conversation with you! Kirstin graciously shares her story with us. She is an athlete (a runner!) and majored in nutrition at Cornell. She started running at age 6! She has struggled with an eating disorder and injuries and all of the challenges that come up for athletes. Now she is a track and cross country coach and she is involved with youth ministry and Fellowship of Christian Athletes! Listen in to hear her story!

This podcast is for everyone! There is good advice in here for parents – many of us wonder how to keep sports a positive experience and not get caught up in the pressure and competition to always win. She has some words of wisdom for teens and young adults too! Lots of hope and encouragement for all!
