Okay, so it’s almost January and everyone is going to start thinking about making New Year’s Resolutions.  The problem with these resolutions is that usually they involve starting new habits in order to CHANGE ourselves.  I’d like to offer a different perspective.

Let’s talk about creating new habits that help us to LOVE ourselves.Healthy habits like eating better or cutting down on our vices are great for our physical selves but we also have to nourish our SOULS!  To be truly happy we have to go within our hearts and souls to that place of knowing and love.

I’m not saying we don’t need to change some habits.  But how about this?  If it’s about losing…let’s put some love in the losing.  If it’s about quitting…let’s put some love in the quitting.  You may need to change habits but you don’t need to completely change YOU.

YOU are AMAZING.  I repeat…YOU ARE AMAZING!!  Please join us for an evening of inspiration where we will celebrate YOU and ME and ALL OF US! We will practice yoga and give you tools to come back to that beautiful place of acceptance and love within yourself.

This is a great way to nourish and nurture yourself.   Bring your husband or wife.  Bring your friends.  Beginners to yoga are welcome and ENCOURAGED to come!  This is the PERFECT time and place to learn more about yoga!  We will have fun!

Let’s begin this new year together.  It’s never too early or too late to learn more about loving yourself and your life.  Peace and love within us means more peace and love out in the world.
