Happy New Year! It’s time for a new podcast!
I hope y’all had an amazing Christmas! It’s a new year! A new decade!! So exciting!
I know many of you are making resolutions and setting goals. That’s great. I love a new year, blank slate, fresh start, new planner, new program. SIGN ME UP!
I want to invite you to ask yourself a new question as you start this new year. Who do you want to BE? Not just want do I want to get or accomplish but “Who do I want to become?” It’s an identity question.
Here’s the thing…you may say you want to lose 10 pounds this year. Did you say that same thing last year? Or you may say you’re going to start writing. Did you say that same thing last year?
What if you decide you are a healthy person? (Identity) or you decide you will be a writer. (Identity) Then your habits flow from there. What does a healthy person do? What do they choose? How do they live?
What does a writer do? A writer writes. So write. And write some more. And keep writing. Then you believe you are a writer because YOU ARE a writer!
More explanation on the podcast! Listen in and then tell me what you think! Better yet, tell me who you want to BE moving forward in your life! This doesn’t end at the end of 2020, it’s so much bigger than that. This is only the beginning!

Love you Sue….always new you would do big things…
Oh thank you Cari. Love you! ❤️
I want to write. I’ve been getting up at 5:30a every morning and setting a timer to write for 30 minutes. It’s anything and freely – no editing (except spell checking) and then publishing it.
Content does not matter, it is about getting the words written and being consistent.
I would like to invest in something like this in 2021.
Hi Regina- I love this! You are a writer!!! I love that you have created the habit of writing every morning. So many times we have something we want to do and we hesitate or we wait to feel “ready” or wait until things are “perfect” and then never do the thing. Taking action is key. We must begin and just do it. Thank you for sharing! I’m going to be talking a lot in the new year about habits and how habits add up and have a cumulative effect and play a huge role in our identity. Your habit of writing is inspiring! We would love to have you join Team YES! anytime!
